1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through the 7 Hills Pooja Store mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. 100% Online Prepaid Orders Policy

To eliminate cash handling and change tender delays, all orders must be prepaid online via our authorized payment partner Razorpay (supporting UPI, Cards, and NetBanking). Orders are confirmed and dispatched immediately upon successful payment verification.

3. Delivery Guarantees & Coverage

Deliveries are executed across the Greater Hyderabad municipal region:

• Instant Express: Dispatched immediately from our LB Nagar temple store, aiming for doorstep arrival within 45 minutes subject to traffic conditions.
• Rapido Express: Delivery coordinated within 1-2 hours.
• Standard Delivery: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Returns & Replacement Policy

Given the sacred and ritualistic nature of consecrated items (e.g. kumkum, prasadam, wicks, and idols), opened or used consumable articles cannot be returned. If any idol or brass ware arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours at +91 90979 99939 with photo verification for an immediate free replacement.
